Way back in January I said that my New Year resolution was going to be too see more movies. Well just like every resolution I have ever made this one was not meant to fulfilled either.
I have in the last to weeks been exposed to more movie madness than one pocket book can handle in the last two weeks. We have recently instated family date night where The Boyfriend, Lil Sis and the in-laws get together for an evening of fun.
Last week we saw The War of the Worlds. At first I wanted to see the movie but was not wanting to support Tom Cruise's coke habit. Please do not go defending poor Tom. He might really be acting in this crazy manor because he is in love. IN LOVE WITH COKE MAYBE.
After watching the movie I came up with another theory. Maybe Tom had not been able to pull himself out of character after the filming stopped. That Ray Ferrier was just as wacky as Tom on Oprah's couch. Okay Ray is probably a coke-head too. That solves it.
This week the fam and I went and saw The Fabulous Four..I am sorry the Fantastic Four, as I was corrected. You can not tell me this movie was not about fabulous super heroes when one of them lights on fire and yells "FLAMER"
Maybe next week we will see The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants!!!
