The Fireman and Bunny got married this weekend. It was a wonderful wedding with dancing and drinking and in the end a musical tribute to Mr. Miyagi

It was a beautiful day and a wonderful start to Bunny and Fireman's life together.

Thanksgiving madness is starting to peak it's head around the corner. This weekend is going to be crazy, but fun. The festivities start tonight. The opening night of Rent. I have my pre-ordered movie ticket and duct tape. The tape is to cover my mouth because there is no way I can sit through this movie with out having the urge to sing...sing...sing.

The other big event besides marathon eating is Bunny and Fireman's wedding. The last wedding of the year. It should be a good one. We are going to get all spiffy in our fancy red dresses and dance the night away. My hope is that Fireman will dance like he is on fire. Which he has been known to do.

Last night I proved to the world that I am a grown up. Any doubt anyone had that I was not going to be "The World's Best Wife" should be put a side. Because last night I put my hand where it never had been before.....inside the body of a chicken. I reached in pulled out it's bag of insides and stuffed that chicken full of herbs and other yummy surprises. Ta..da-
The chicken is right now cooking at home in our crock pot. Oh- Betty Crocker move over, mmmahhahaha- I am the new queen of the kitchen.

On a side note: I have mentioned before that I have severe OCD when it comes to leaving things plugged in at my house, like a curling iron, or forgetting to turn the stove off. The thought of the crock pot being plugged in and on all day is torture. It is taking every bit of will power I have to stay here at work and not sprint to my car and speed home just to check on the little bird. I have already called The Boyfriend three times to check and see if he still thinks it is safe and after he assured me all three times that it was I called my mother just to double check. I hope that I go home to find a well cooked chicken and not a pile of ashes that used to be my house!

Well The Boyfriend and I did it, we are married! With only two months before the last of friends get married we wonder if there will be anything left to talk about. I mean we have been obsessing over showers and bridesmaid dresses and batchelorette parties for the last year. Will it take someone in the group having a baby to restart the conversations?
Or maybe we can just talk about the new season of TV!! The Boyfriend and I can never agree on what to watch so we had to invest in an extra cable box and now only see each other on commercial breaks. Ahhh- married life.

Recently, I was discussing dental hygiene with the girls. I mentioned that I thought that my electric toothbrush was a little too abrasive on my tongue. The all looked at me like I was nut wondering why I would be brushing my tongue anyway. So you tell me to brush or not to brush...The tongue?
